How Does the eGift Certificate Purchase Process Work?

Gongshow Virtual eGift Certificates are printable electronic gift certificate and are redeemable for merchandise only at Gongshowgear.com's Canada Web Store. Upon redemption of the virtual gift certificate, any unused balance will be saved in Gongshow Gear's computer system for future purchases, but can not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. If you make an online purchase and the order total is more than the gift card amount, the remaining balance must be paid for with an accepted and authorized credit card. Virtual gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proper proof of purchase. Sales tax, where applicable, will be applied at the time of redemption.

Upon payment verification of the gift certificate, the recipient of the gift card and/or yourself will have an email notification sent to you detailing additional information regarding the use of your virtual gift certificate. The email will include a special gift certificate code that will allow the user to redeem merchandise from our website using the predetermined gift certificate amount. The special code that is received must be entered into the shopping cart field in the gift certificate and discount code section to be applied.
